The quality and flow of the image depend on the place the signal comes from. An excess of traffic, low resolution streams or a too slow connection can produce low quality reproduction. Also realize that not all broadcasters are 24 hours without a break. Some shut down at night, or only transmit at certain hours of the day or certain days of the week.
